I’m literally handicapped now and unable to progress any of my university assignments… I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Endnote, played with the preferences in the MS Word Endnote ribbon, and nothing is helping. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, no matter when I try to insert a citation into ANY DOCUMENT in MS Word, it crashes!! Has this issue been resolved? I’m a new Endnote 7.7 user on my Mac (10.10.5) using MS Word version 15.32, and have been impressed with Endnote’s versatility and user-friendliness UNTIL TODAY!
